DIY Cleansing the Aura

Relax Detox Bath

Cleansing the aura doesn't have to be hard. One of the easiest and more fun ways to clean the aura is by taking a sea salt and baking soda bath. I buy bulk Dead Sea salt from Salt Works and super large bags of baking soda from Costco. I have a large soaking tub so I fill the tub to the top because I like to linger and relax. I mix two cups of Dead Sea salt with one cup of baking soda in a very warm, almost hot water. However, you may find it may be too much salt and baking soda for you if you have a smaller tub. If so, you can cut the salt and baking soda in half.

Using the Dead Sea Salt will help you with cleansing all the layers of your energy field. You have about seven layers of the human energy field if you were wondering. If using Epsom Salt, you will likely only clear the first level of the field. You can also mix both Epsom salts and Dead Sea salts together as well. Plan on soaking for 20 to 30 minutes. This allows enough time for the toxins to be pulled out of the body and also helps clear the muck out of your energy field.

I love adding essential oils to the bath water as well. If bathing at night I might add add Lavendar oil because it is good for relaxaing. But you can also add cleansing and detoxing essential oils as well. In addition to the oils I'll sometimes add healing music, candles & a prayer or blessing. I'm a busy mom so when I have an opportunity to heal & relax I try and go all out.

There are many other ways for a DIY Aura Cleanising. I'll post more on that later. Enjoy your Helax (healing and relaxing ) bath!

A good place for essential oils is DoTerra oils at
